Back up to $5.40 in my neck of the woods. It's gone up about fifty cents in the last 2 weeks alone.

California prices are being pinned on 'refinery maintenance' which is always the go-to when prices spike. I should note, $5.40 is what I pay at Costco, most other gas stations here are well above $6 again and are expected to go higher than they were in the summer.

Yeah, but you get to watch The Oscars at something like 5:00 and the Super Bowl even earlier, so you take the good with the bad. |
