@pg Cooper Dio Black Sabbath is more evolved yes, but it needed the groundwork of the Ozzy years to explore metals boundaries. Absolutely. I should also specify that I still love the Ozzy years, and you'd have to be crazy to dismiss that era's influence on Heavy Metal as a whole. I still haven't listened to The Book of Souls all the way through. The Red and the Black is all you need to hear. Its everything awesome about Maiden rolled into one song. |

How the hell did people decide that was a good song?
