Ok now for the last few days I've had to struggle with my laptop to get it started. I seem to have a startup problem.
It goes to the introductory screen and says windows is starting, but then it goes blank and the working light stops blinking.
I've tried the diagnostics for startup, memory tests, all the ones I can think of or get to - but still no luck today.
I switched to Windows 10 thinking that would fix the problem, and it was starting this morning but it would go blank after I got to windows and on the internet.
Now it just doesn't want to start.
I brought it back to an earlier saved configuration and even reset it to factory settings (before the switch to Win 10) and that didn't seem to work.
Any thoughts? (in before "buy a new computer")
