I also think NCIS should be on there. Sure, its quality can be put into question these days, but it's in its 12th season now, and it's what, still the most-watched scripted drama on television for the seventh year in a row or something? Can any other shows make that kind of claim? Plus, I can speak from experience that college-age people got so interested in it over the past few years, thus surging its popularity, because of the fact that USA Network reruns episodes so much. Not to mentioned it's spawned two successful spin-offs. It's probably also one of the most popular examples of these "middle-class America" shows that CBS thrives on.

I saw a guy in a shop recently who was the spitting image of THE BRAIN. I shit you not. He must've had a condition because his head was the exact same shape. It was uncanny. I almost asked for an autograph.
