9 Mr Freeze.
Freeze and Joker too me was the shows most dangerous villains due to there intelligence. Freeze always was the sympathetic villain like Two Face because they were not always evil unlike Penguin or Joker.

Gotta love The Jokers main squeeze. Yes there was female villains but Harley stands out and in one of the best Harley episodes was when she whips the tar out of The Joker for lack of graditude.

7 The Mad Hatter.
The Batman live action movies never used some villains much. Nolan more or less just overlooked great animated series villains due to it not looking real enough. So the Penguins and The Mad Hatters and Clock Kings of the world took a back seat. Batman the animated series had a great voice cast for the villains and The Mad Hatters I remember well.

6 The Scarecrow.
I liked scarecrow best in Animated series. Nolans was a good attempt but he could have been creepier and there is something creepy about a scarecrow traditonal look. Its like a picture that fallows you in a room. A Scarcrow kinda has that effects if ever seen one on a garden or cornfield.

5 Ra's Al-Ghul.
The Most dangerous batman foe was the league of shadows. Which could have taken up all 3 nolan movies and yet some reason they needed to add the Joker. Joker should have been a second set of movies. Ra's and Talia and Bane could have been a good trilogy. If based off of The Animated series. Villains like Joker, Two Face and Ra's could have driven 3 seperate sagas. But then again the beauty of the animated series was it did well exploring all the characters that a movie cant do.

4 Killer Croc.
Many people consider Bane the best physical foe batman faced and while Nolans movie Bane was good he kinda was goofy in BTA and Batman and Robin movie. But the real villain that has never been done that posed the most danger to batman physically was Killer Croc. Yeah he was kinda slow mentally but was a leathal villain.

Two face was a great villain who used a coin to decide fate and Harvey Dent is a tragic villain of being once a man of justice who could not recover from his face burns so he picked up an evil villain said to his ugly face.
Only problem is only the Joker, Catwomen and Ra's can match wits with the great detective and well Two Face could be fooled. His best moment was when he had a 3rd personality in the form of a Judge but believe that was in a batman movie maybe.

2 Catwomen. Aka Selina Kyle.
Catwomen was hard for me to put on a villains list for the animated series yet she was a criminal that happened to be a comrad in arms who batman loved. Other then Justice Leagues Wonder Women which is another series all together.
Catwomen did give Batman the most trouble for they were equals in every way.

Its never easy to make top 10 anything with Batman villains. Like classic villains but I based these off the animated series and not Nolans or Adam Wests Batman. By far the best villain was the JOker. He is Batmans Lex Luthor or Captain Americas Red Skull. Joker is the one villain who lives to go head to head with Batman every night.

10 Captain America.
Im Putting Cap at 10 and it may be right or wrong comics wise but this is my opinion. Caps greatness is more then strength but his courage and never give up attitude add to his legend. But On this list Cap Is 10.

My humble opinion is Wolverine is stronger then Cap because of his metal skeleton rapid healing and most of all Wolverines fury rage. When Wolverine gets mad he can nearly whip anyone if in fury rage mode.

Some Label Captain Marvel aka now Shazam being as strong as Superman but I just dont agree. I think 8 is right for i believe his powers has limits where as my next 7 does not have he is really a child when Shazam wears off.

I gotta put Groot in there cause he does have pretty good giant tree strength plus regenration powers. Plus its my list and Groot seems as good as any other that be more popular.

Ben should be on anyones strongest list. His one on ones with Hulk earns him some street credit but well sooner or later the hulk will be mad enough and what worked just doesnt all the time. Gotta be stronge with a face like granit id say.

5 Colossus.
There is no one in my view that is as tough as the big Russian Colossus. The Metal wearing mutant. Maybe other then Hulk and Superman. I doubt there be many good big guys who could have a fight with this mutant and not be sore the next morning.

Thor is at number 4 because in my view he is only strong because of his hammer. Yes he has courage but really without his hammer he would likely be Cap level in stength. I dont care what people or experts say no way is he stronger then Superman or Hulk. Cause neither needs a hammer to lay the smack down on your candy A$$

I know he is a grey area character but I think he is no villain just a solider for fortune and really disagreeing with Superman does not make you a Villain just if you try to destroy or enslave the world. Too me Atom is power and in the form of a human body but really he just is not number 1 or number 2 in hero power. I label hero cause think he will do the right thing and not be in the justice league should not determine hero status.

No question Superman has the power and speed and courage to win which is why he can always beat anyone he faces. But I just dont think he could beat Number 1 power house hero. Superman should be near the top of any heroes list. But he does get boring which is why people love Batman in TJL cause he is Supes dark brother.

Now this list was who was the strongest Male Heroes not the most powerful. Same for the female counter part.
10 Captain America.
9 Wolverine.
8 Shazam. Yeah I know most have him higher but I just think he's overrated in strength.
7 Groot.

4 Thor.
3 Captain Atom.
2 Superman.
1 Hulk.
As if there was any doubt. Hulk has to be the strongest hero. Cause movie creators contain his power to being easier to believe in the modern world. Hulk gets stronger the madder he gets and is already the Strength of Superman calm Hulk. Now Supes likely has the speed advantage. But Hulk kinda is like a Doomsday type if hulk was evil.

Yeah I know her war mace is missing and its what made her amazing. Kinda like Thors Hammer for thor. Hawkgirl was my second favorite Justice League member after Batman. I didnt like how they did her character from Justice League to Unlimited

9 Sif - The best Female Asgurdian Guard.
I was kinda conflicted because really should more well know female heroes go in for my first 4 but Asguardians warriors are as strong as any super solider so my feeling is that Sif is strong character to put in a strongest female hero list.

8 Gamora Step Daughter Of Thanos.
I am sorry if pics both anyone but some comic book female seldom dress PG. especially Gamora. Step Daughter of Thanos the most lethal killer has to be on the strongest female list. Now she is obviously weak compared to Drax or Groot but she has too have above Human strength somehow.
