If this bullshit holds every liberal in this country is going to get a long and painful lesson in how utterly stupid the statement "both parties are essentially the same" is.

Hillary needed Arizona. Although close, it doesn't look like it's going to happen.

I think it's over. Unless a couple states suddenly have a shift, it's looking like Trump wins at 285 to Clinton's 252, give or take.

Reminder
The electoral vote doesn't take place until December 19th They are counted on January 6th And if no one is confirmed then, then it will be decided by January 20th
There have been four presidents who lost the popular vote.
The 2000 election was the most recent when the candidate who received the greatest number of electoral votes, and thus won the presidency, didn’t win the popular vote. But this scenario has played out in our nation’s history before.
In 1824, John Quincy Adams was elected president despite not winning either the popular vote or the electoral vote. Andrew Jackson was the winner in both categories. Jackson received 38,000 more popular votes than Adams, and beat him in the electoral vote 99 to 84. Despite his victories, Jackson didn’t reach the majority 131 votes needed in the Electoral College to be declared president. In fact, neither candidate did. The decision went to the House of Representatives, which voted Adams into the White House.
In 1876, Rutherford B. Hayes won the election (by a margin of one electoral vote), but he lost the popular vote by more than 250,000 ballots to Samuel J. Tilden.
In 1888, Benjamin Harrison received 233 electoral votes to Grover Cleveland’s 168, winning the presidency. But Harrison lost the popular vote by more than 90,000 votes.
In 2000, George W. Bush was declared the winner of the general election and became the 43rd president, but he didn’t win the popular vote either. Al Gore holds that distinction, garnering about 540,000 more votes than Bush. However, Bush won the electoral vote, 271 to 266.

Trump has all but won Pennsylvania, something I didn't think was even a possibility. To say the polling of this election failed is an understatement of EPIC proportions.
I had a clue earlier today as I was leaving work that the world is not as I thought it was. I overheard a young Hispanic woman admit to someone that she had voted for Trump. I could hardly believe my ears at the time. Now, I'm finding it less difficult.
The crash break has been put into place on the futures market, and shut them down until morning.

To say the polling of this election failed is an understatement of EPIC proportions. It shouldn't be a surprise, it's been in the news now for weeks that the polls were oversampling democrats.

Not ALL votes have been counted. Hillary Clinton is actually WINNING the popular vote right now. To think, for a brief moment I had faith in the electoral college. Between the 2000 election and now this one, it's prove we need to get rid of the system.

Right, and what's crazy is that Trump seemed to win the electoral college "fair and square" while losing the popular vote. Bush would have lost it it they'd been counting properly in Florida.

All you motherfuckers:
Trump is a direct result of left rhetoric decrying anyone who disagrees with them as racist, misogynist, etc. He is all of these things, but people don't like being called that for "microaggressions" and such.
I voted for Hillary, but this vote was a vote by the populace against that.
Learn from this.

There's still, like, 2 or 3 states that haven't finished counting yet. Hillary is still leading the popular vote, but not by much. The difference between her and Trump is in the thousands. Really, this is just discouraging people from voting. Hillary could win by ONE vote and it wouldn't matter. Trump is already the winner. Fuck the electoral college. Has there ever been a time they didn't fuck us?
