He's gonna lock this up in judicial purgatory for a long time.
No one will be able to comment on ongoing litigation - will make the media coverage of it stilted and minimalistic.
Allowing him all the room to breathe and comment on it on his side, saying it's a witch hunt - all the way until he gets back into the white house and can go ahead and sweet it right under the pardon rug.
