Oh hey, that movie that's not Antz All I remember from Antz is the characters coming across a picnic where the food was wrapped in plastic and Woody Allen saying "It's some kinda force field"

80. The Rescuers (Disney)A modestly decent time-waster in the moment, but I don't remember a thing about this movie now.

I haven’t seen most of these but there’s no way you’ll ever convince me that Peter Pan is worse than the likes of Pocahontas or Bolt.

Peter Pan is an annoying little shit, Tinker Bell is a jealous bitch, the kids wear the same weird-ass outfits through the whole thing, the stuff with the Native Americans is cringe-inducing... it's no good.

the kids wear the same weird-ass outfits through the whole thing That's both a funny criticism and also quite fair. Same applies for the Lost Boys too, I mean who wants to be the skunk?

79. The Good Dinosaur (Pixar)Certainly not Pixar's worst movie, but it might just be there must bland and least memorable. Completely squanders the enticing premise of "what if dinosaurs weren't wiped out" to tell a generic story of facing your fears and proving your worth. It's fine for babies I guess, but it's very dull for adults. The background animation is really amazing, bordering on photorealism, but even this is undercut my the super silly character designs. Big letdown.

78. The Rescuers Down Under (Disney)Advancement in animation technology makes this more exciting than the first film but it's still a nothingburger of a story with the most bland child characters. I guess it's nice to hear George C. Scott reprising his most consistent role as the grumpiest man of all-time.

I think you're under-rating that one a bit. It's nothing too special but there's some fun stuff in it.

I think you're under-rating that one a bit. It's nothing too special but there's some fun stuff in it. Maybe. Had it come out in the midst of the 80s I'd probably be more favourable towards it. I should also mention that we starting to shift from movies that are bad to movies that are "kind of sort of alright".

77. Cars 3 (Pixar)The best of the Cars movies given it's actually about something and Mater's presence has been mercifully reduced. Unfortunately, it's still a Cars movie, which means it still needs to deal with the same dopey ass world and while there's less flat-out annoying humour, it isn't exactly funny.

76. Wreck-It Ralph (Disney)Has some fun elements but there's also an unshakable whiff of "How do you do, fellow kids" that brings the whole thing down. I'd probably like it a lot of I was 10 though so that's something.

Wait. Wait. Wait. Did you list Ralph Breaks the Internet already? Cause if you’re telling me Ralph Breaks the Internet is better than Wreck-It Ralph, I’m gonna slap you.

75. Tales from Earthsea (Ghibli)One of those high fantasy adaptations that stuffs so much into a short running time that it's presumably interesting universe is made to feel a lot more generic. The movie looks pretty cool though.

Spiciest hot takes still to come. I'm sure you'll over rate sleeping beauty by a country mile.

His placement of Robin Hood is where we'll really know if he's a degenerate.

74. One Hundred and One Dalmatians (Disney)Cruella De Vil is an awesome villain and aspects of the art direction are pretty neat, but the movie gets progressively more boring as it goes on.

73. Tangled (Disney)Very much a movie that isn't for me in terms of its sense of humour and general style, but you gotta give Tangled credit for re-energizing Disney Animation.
