Boo! Alien 3 is good. Fincher has no bad movies. It's not as though Alien 3 is HIS movie. It was his first opportunity to direct, and he had little control. |

I don't agree with every choice (1941 is worse than Crystal Skull, Someone to Watch Over Me is worse than A Good Year, etc.) and we're really stretching the notion of "great director" with some of these entries but yeah most of those movies stink and if they aren't the worst in each director's respective filmographies they're pretty close. Why did Neverending 's boy Zemeckis get a pass? We're just gonna ignore Marwen and Pinocchio? Death Becomes Her isn't even close to his worst movie. Dude has made straight trash for over a decade straight now. Amy Heckerling and Chris Columbus are great directors huh? |

Talking children/animal movies are my least favorite subgenre. It's how we end up with shit like Baby Geniuses. Speaking of which, they didn't include that and Bob Clark on here. Guy made Black Christmas, which is a better movie than anything by Heckerling or Columbus. |

Bob Clark made several classics, but for whatever reason, people pretend he doesn’t exist. He’s in that category of directors like John Badham. |
