That and American Fiction just missed the cut for me. 2023 had a strong crop of selections. John Wick and the Killers could’ve been swapped out. They could have... if they weren't better than Barbie and American Fiction. |

Him falling down the stairs was hilariously epic. In a world of sterile green screen backdrops and CGI nothings, John Wick is the hero cinema doesn't deserve but desperately needs. |

I didn't hate it. I was kind of in the middle on it it. But, man, it was a movie that was trying veeeeeeeeeeeery hard to be whimsical and charming...and not always very successfully so. |
