I read the book back in 2018 not long after I heard it was being turned into a movie -- then to be written and directed by Scott Frank, who's now just a Producer on it. Anyway, I remember it being a solid read; finished it in two or three days, actually. And this is another 20th Century production originally meant for theaters that's being sent to streaming by Disney due to these kinds of movies not pulling in enough box office numbers right now.
