I thought Space Jam was shit as an MJ-obsessed 13 year old, so eff knows what I'd make of it today. You’ll love it as an obsessed 40-year-old MJ fan.

Hoosiers is overrated as fuck. It's charming and simple enough to coast on breeziness, but it's also checks off every single sports movie cliche in the book. Like Rudy, it’s a masturbatory sports movie for white people. Rudy is at least well made and Sean Astin is good in the role. Space Jam is one of the most blatant cash grabs in movie history.

Other than the novelty of seeing Michael Jordan in a movie with Looney Tunes, the soundtrack is the only thing that movie has going for it.

SnoBorderZero, I watched Rudy. Maybe it’s the Corona talking but I was rooting for Rudy too. Although it’s funny he got into college debt just to tackle one guy in one football game. Still. Rudy! Rudy! Rudy!

I like Rudy actually.
Sure, it goes for the easy sentimental points at times, but it's surprisingly well done. The movie looks good, the music is good, and Sean Astin gives a great performance. In terms of sports movies, which are usually terrible, it's certainly one of the better ones.
Definitely better than Hoosiers.

I do, they did a good job of capturing those wonderful Midwest fall colors. Like a lot of early-90s films of that ilk, it's overexposed and doesn't have much contrast in the imagery which I tend to like, but it's not Tarkovsky so who cares. It gets the job done, for a movie like Rudy that's all that matters.

Taron Egerton’s Robin Hood co-starring Jamie Foxx and Bono’s hot daughter is pretty good. It’s a PhantomKnight movie.

It’s a modern day revisionist take on Robin that’s gritty-but-fun, has loads of action scenes and a Hans Zimmer style score. It’s up your alley.

I won't lie, I think the only Robin Hood movie I've watched from beginning to end is the Disney one.
