I thought Beast Wars was a stupid idea when it first came out, and that opinion has not changed. Optimus Prime is supposed to be a big rig. Not a gorilla. Not a lion. Not a bat. A big f'ing truck! It's a concept that's so simple, even Michael Bay could understand it.
