Venoms gonna come into the fold they just have to agree on terms. Make these things popular and marvel will cave for fresh blood. This will be the weakest phase yet they're gonna need to tap into that sweet sweet spiderman catalogue sooner or later.

To be fair, Agents of SHIELD did little more than pretend to be part of the MCU after The Winter Soldier. There was a brief mention of some kind of crisis taking place in New York when Infinity War came out, but nothing else. I'm fine with it. Historically, the comics routinely ignore what's going on in other titles. This became less pronounced in the 90's when the powers that be at Marvel decided to do annual crossover events, but it's still a thing. |

I'm going to continue to hope that Kraven will linger in development hell, along with Silver Sable and Black Cat. Sony Pictures has been on the brink of being sold off for years. It won't happen any time soon, thanks to the current economic disaster, but once things have finally stabilized, who can say?
