The Mummy Returns is definitely bad, Tomb of the Dragon Emperor is definitely worse. I need this explained to me in video essay form. |

Also, doesnt the decline of Fraser's films as an actor more or less align when he was assaulted in 2003? Sort of, dude had a huge string of bad luck. He also apparently suffered a whole bunch of injuries while doing stunts in the first two mummy movies and went through a bad divorce. I've heard good things about him on that Trust show but never got to it |

Sort of, dude had a huge string of bad luck. He also apparently suffered a whole bunch of injuries while doing stunts in the first two mummy movies and went through a bad divorce. I've heard good things about him on that Trust show but never got to it He’s in Doom Patrol. |

Romeo Must Die (2000)
 Hijacking Dracula’s Jet Li thread. This week was the 50th year since Bruce Lee’s passing. Next month is the 50th anniversary of Enter the Dragon. It’s getting (what appears to be) a pretty good 4K release. It’s on HBO Max till then. Also on Tubi if you’re broke like SnoBorderZero. The film holds up pretty well. Light on story but a breezy watch. Big Boss, Fist of Fury and Way of Dragon are alright. It’s Enter the Dragon that features Bruce Lee in top form. Dude’s a legend in every scene of this movie. And that Lalo Schifrin score is fantastic. It might be a tad too woke for Doomsday (they kill the black guy if that makes him feel better) but it’s worth checking out if you can get past that. |
