Story:  After the media tries to cancel Superman long before Twitter, Superman saves face by going in front of the United Nations and vowing to rid the world of nuclear weapons.  Why countries don't object to someone who fights for "the American way" coming in and taking their arsenal, I don't know, but he's Superman so who's going to stop him?  Lex Luthor then uses the nuclear material gathered to create Nuclear Man, an evil supervillain that has the power to kill the Man of Steel.

Pros:  Finally portraying Superman's greatest power of reconstructing ancient architecture by staring at it.  It's about time.
Cons:  This film is flawless.

Story:  After freeing Whistler from the vampires who have imprisoned him, Blade finds himself parlayed by royal vampire family led by Eli Damaskinos, who offers a temporary truce to fight a common enemy:  the Reapers, a strain of genetically engineered vampires created in an attempt to recreate the Daywalker vampire.  With the Reapers on the loose and feeding on both humans and vampires alike, Blade leads a team of vampire warriors to combat the new beasts before they infect the entire world.

Pros:  Not as boring as the first one, and probably a certain generation's first subjection to monster master Guillermo del Toro.
Cons:  Those fight scenes that are all CGI body doubles...total cringe.
