Best scored scene of all time, imo.

Very sad news. We lost the man with more iconic scores than anyone other than John Williams.
Thank you Mr. Morricone for making good scenes amazing ones thanks to your beautiful work.

Have you watched the French version of the Birdcage? Nope. Been on my DVR since I watched Birdcage earlier this year. Listened to the Morricone score this morning. Gives me high hopes for the movie. I’ll let you know how it is when I see it, since you also watched Birdcage this year. PhantomKnight too, I think. I don’t know how we all ended up watching Birdcage this year. lol.

I also watched La Cage Aux Folles this year, it's pretty fun for what it is.

I really wanted to love The Birdcage, but it's a frustrating movie since you can see the better routes it doesn't take.
I feel I'd like the original more. I'll add it to the list.

Something less gay (or maybe more gay) and with a badass Morricone score, there’s this gem starring Doomsday favorite Oliver Reed I discovered that shit last year, and no joke, I’ve listened to the score at least once a month.

I'm a fan of The Birdcage but I haven't watched it in a few years. Put on our AFI list. Top 10.

Maybe the best composer in film history. How can I know if that’s true if there’s no video essay to back it up?
