The movie begins in 2050 (30 years from now) with Martin Short as an old man.
This movie came out in 1994.
So this is actually terrifying to watch.
We’re gonna be the elderly in 2050.

Martin Short is telling Boy Meets World a tale of his youth. Now we get to the meat of this bone. Martin Short as a 10-year-old boy.

A whole scene of Martin Short as a bratty 10-year-old forcing an emergency airplane landing. 7 more years and this motherfucker would have gotten shot.

Clifford has been abandoned by his dad. He’s tricking Charles Grodin into taking him in.

They actually spent money on this movie. I’m shook.
Roger Ebert hated this movie and I can’t blame him
I couldn’t tell you what the point of this movie was. Martin Short isn’t even convincing as a 10-year-old boy nor does he bother to be. There’s no commentary or humorous observation on childhood. Most of the comedic set-pieces flat out fail. The plot is half-baked. Who greenlit this movie and why? This is a true cinematic trainwreck. And yet, I can’t look away. Someone made a movie in which Martin Short plays the 10-year-old child from hell. Holy sh—

Lol what the fuck is this movie? I'm actually sort of mad at myself for never hearing about this disaster before. It oddly reminds me of the Pinocchio movie that Roberto Benigni made. You can do that one next. Man, the shit Neverending digs up.
