Sounds like it could be more in line with that Michael Chiklis show No Ordinary Family.

So... Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman? Lois & Clark might be more of a superhero workplace dramedy. That’s why that show has my favorite versions of Perry White and Jimmy Olsen (the original actor). It’s the only adaptation of Superman that bothered to make the Daily Planet feel like a real place. It’s also the best depiction of Lois & Clark as journalists.

Does this show really have to happen? Why do we have to beat the dead horse, put it through the meat grinder, collect the glue and then Frankenstein the whole thing back together??

Does this show really have to happen? Why do we have to beat the dead horse, put it through the meat grinder, collect the glue and then Frankenstein the whole thing back together?? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ These CW/DC shows make loads of money. They're very expensive to make, but the money made in the domestic market is enough to break even. The money coming in from the foreign market is pure profit. When the show goes to syndication, that's pure profit. Streaming- profit. Home video- profit. Merchandise- profit. You also need to keep in mind that a show like this may appear to be beating a dead horse to you, but that's because you're not the target demographic. It's been ten years since there was any sort of Superman with his own show. CW/DC shows are for tweens to twenty-somethings who've never seen Smallville, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Superman Returns, any of the Christopher Reeves Superman films, much less The Adventures of Superman with George Reeve from the 1950's.

To be honest this suit isn't half bad 🤔 Can’t believe this the first time for Fleischer Superman suit to be in live action? Also the car in the background is the perfect throwback to action comic 1 of Superman

This was shit, but I’m sure PhantomKnight will love it. It’s funny they made a Snyder-lite show instead of the usual CW fare — likely to appeal to the HBO Max audience. But all it did was remind me of that silly Brightburn movie that roasted Snyder’s Man of Steel.

It was good. Solid combination of HBO and CW styles with a lot of promise. I'll stick with it.
