I'm glad that Moon Knight is getting a series, since that format is better for serious character development.  I've been hoping he'd join the Netflix corner of the MCU since day one.  Moon Knight would have fit in perfectly with all the other characters, besides Iron Fist.

Now that I think about it, the reason Moon Knight would have meshed so well with the Netflix MCU is the same reason why Iron Fist didn't.  They're all fundamentally broken people, except for Danny Rand.  Matt Murdock is consumed by a combination of Catholic guilt and a sense of personal responsibility which is completely out of proportion with any sense of logic or reason.  Jessica Jones likely would have grown up to be a deeply flawed individual without any major traumas.  As it is, her entire family was killed in an accident she feels responsible for, she was taken in by the selfish mother of a teen actor purely for publicity, and was then violated body and soul by Killgrave.  Luke Cage, in addition to a troubled childhood, also had to deal with being framed and sent to prison, being used as a lab rat, then losing the love of his life.  Marc Spector suffered a psychotic break after being fatally wounded while working as a mercenary in Egypt.  He was then either raised from the dead to wear the mantle of Khonshu the Moon God, or he's just crazy and wasn't hurt nearly as badly as he'd thought.

While it's true that Danny Rand's parents died when he was a boy, their deaths didn't appear to him as any sort of evil plot.  This sort of thing happens all the time, if usually in less dramatic fashion.  He grew up to achieve the exact goal he'd set for himself.  His life was pretty sweet.

That is a quality casting choice, with strong implications towards subsequent films.  That would be a really great method, actually.  Give a character a mini-series so that their character can be seriously delved into in a way that feature films just don't have time for, and wait until that is done to go to the big screen.  

Haven't seen their stuff yet, but inspired choice.

In the comics, Blade is from London, and they’re adapting that in the MCU version. They’re pairing Blade with Black Knight. So it makes sense to have Moon Knight be from the UK as well. The Midnight Sons will be UK based.

Oh! It's not too bad. I definitely will watch it. Are they going to be at movie theatres?
