Just a stand in for johnny cage, but this time he's sorta racially ambiguous so he prob can actually fight, and if he's popular it's an easy new character to pump as some movie dlc or in the next iteration.
I dunno who cares that blood turned into a knife by sub zero was awesome.

Annihilation has Brian Thompson in it hamming up a storm. That also automatically makes it better than this movie. That movie is such a gas. All those empty plot threads they introduce that go nowhere only to have it end with the good guys walking straight up to the bad guys and saying "Hey you, let's fight!" It's like they had fifteen different scripts for it and took chunks of each and strung them together. |
