I peered into the vastness and saw nothing. Felt nothing.

They're too old to be fast. Just furious, grumpy old people.

These movies have run their course. I'm pretty much done with this franchise.

Also, to say he "finished" the series is a bit of a stretch...
I guess I'll see it. If it scores over 80% on RT.

Nahh 70% or higher...
But seriously I didn't realize Paul Walker had finished majority of the film.
From reports I read, they had to find a replacement for him and maybe get his brothers to shoot the rest of the movie.
Hopefully it won't distract from the film, is what I was afraid of.

These movies have gotten so ridiculously over-the-top that they're guilty pleasures now. Remember how HORRIBLE the first movie was all the way back in 2001?

Loved the first. 2 and 3 were awful, though.

Loved the first. 2 and 3 were awful, though. I would say you're crazy and remind you that The Fast and the Furious is a Point Break rip-off, but my favorite in the series is 2 Fast 2 Furious so I'll keep my mouth shut. Still... Point Break > Everything FF related. Except for 2F2F. That one is awesome. The 4th one was my least favorite. Yeah... I might agree to that. I have to re-watch it before I do.

#s 5 and 6 are stupid fun. The bank vault chase is awesome. I think it'll be good. Really enjoyed The Rock on the last one but he makes any dumb brainless action movie better just with his presence. Guy oozes charisma.

I like The Rock too, but they under-use him in this series. He should be the star. Forget Diesel. He sucks.

My favorite one is probably Fast and Furious 4. The car chase scene in the tunnels was pretty badass. I hate the first and the second one. Never seen Tokyo Drift

Tokyo Drift has its own unique appeal, at least for me.
But I enjoyed the first for what it was when it came out. By comparison it's small potatoes now.

Tokyo Drift felt like it's own movie with no continuity until now...

Tokyo Drift felt like it's own movie with no continuity until now... Because that's exactly what it was. It was suspose to be it own spin off series but it didn't do well enough. So they brought back the originals.
