A fantastic book and movie about a guy trying to come to terms with his dealings with women, past and present. Of course they're going to do a gender swap, because nobody in the history of literature has ever written a book about a woman attempting the same thing. They had no choice!

Doesn't work as well with a female lead. Is strange and unhealthy to be pining over an ex for that long. Regardless of sex but a gorgeous woman doing it is just not believable and the dudes a huge goober.
