Although it has been a weak World Series. This whole "comingsoon is shutting down" business got in the way of America's past-time. It's been a very exciting World Series with two closely matched teams.

Whoa. Oscar Tavares has been declared dead in the DR. Car accident. Kid was the number 3 prospect in all of baseball according to multiple outlets. If the Cards had beat the Giants, he would be alive today. Life is weird.
Take care of yourselves and each other, I've had two fender benders within a week. Thankfully no one was injured.

This thread is getting weird... In other news, I decided I want to start running again, or jogging.... One or the other. Or join a Gym! What about you guys? Anyone excercise around here? Or just lay around watch movies I workout five - six times a week. 15 - 30 minutes of cardio to warm up then I go lift weights. Got to maintain fitness standards if I want to stay in for the last 5 years of my military career. When I'm back home and it's nice out I'll occassionally just use the Zombies, Run app and run till the mission is over. In other news, they have finally gotten one of the base theaters here updated with a new projector and all digital films. For $3 a movie I'm only a week behind the actual release date on many a movie. Looks like I'll be able to discuss my thoughts only a week after instead of trying to play catch up in two and a half months. Oh and two and half more months to go out in the sandbox.

I work out five days a week, similar routine to sabin just minus the military career.
Also, I'm really addicted to The Simpsons: Tapped Out on iOS.

Farewell Boardwalk Empire. Such an amazing show. They did a nice job closing it out. The flashbacks were annoying at first, but then they tied it all in neatly. I can't complain. It was certainly better than True Blood or Dexter.

I used to work out for 90 minutes, 3 times a week but since moving to London - where my gym's en route to work - I've been going every day for 45 minutes at a time. Way more effective.
I recently started playing football again, too (proper football, not that american gubbins). It's been a year or so since I last played and to say I was a little bit off the pace would be an understatement.

Haha I'm thinking of doing a Half Marathon or Full Marathon by next year! Hopefully I can work myself up there slowly!

From what I've heard, the vast majority of spectators attended with the explicit intention of pointing and laughing. I nearly went myself to join in the ridicule!

Poor Richard though.. tried his best to keep Jimmy's kid out of trouble... but like father like son.

That was the one thing that does bug a little. You'd think growing up outside that bad environment would have spared the boy the hate.

Even so, soccer is still the most popular sport in the world. I don't think American football will ever touch it.

Nowadays (hasn't always been this way) I think sports in general is a pretty silly thing to get all fired up for. Either positively or negatively. Particularly as a spectator.

It's always bugged me that the sports section doesn't name hockey in the description.
