I think they will take a while to be profitable but just trying to outlast Netflix until their debt issues catch up.

AT&T sells its 10% in Hulu to Disney Not exactly. Disney has been trying to buy AT&T's 10% and Comcast's 30%. Both companies have refused. AT&T, instead, simply sold their stake back to Hulu itself. That leaves Comcast and Disney as the remaining owners. Perhaps only a matter of time, but Comcast/NBC has said they have no interest in selling to Disney right now. Unless they try their aim at their own streaming service (what WarnerMedia is doing), they actually stand to gain quite a bit from Disney having package deals between their own and Hulu. If anything, they'd want to wait until Hulu's value rises as a result before selling. |

Disney+ Won't Have Song Of The South; Dumbo's Crow Scene Will Be Cut

But no, this is wrong. If we're going to cut Dumbo why not Peter Pan (which I think has stuff that can be considered far more offensive)? And are we going to start recutting any older movie that has content that's deemed offensive? This isn't good at all and I think cinema fans should take a stance against this. And if you don't like something that's in Dumbo or Peter Pan or whatever, you can always watch something else. Or you can fast forward. Or don't subscribe altogether. Reediting movies though sets a very, very bad precedent.

Disney+ should have like a section that's set up with a click button that looks like the black curtains of a video store's XXX adult section, only inside you find Dumbo, Song of the South, and a bunch of blackface Mickey Mouse cartoons.

This is total bullshit. The deadline article on that red notice shows they are still making very dumb decisions. Yes let's make an original movie from the director of skyscraper that universal (!) already passed on because it's the fucking director of skyscraper. Producing a Meryl Streep musical, a George clooney directed pic and Denzel's august Wilson screenplay. They still spend money in an insane fashion. |

The skyscraper guys movie has the rock gal Gadot and ry Reynolds. Just for those three they gonna push upwards 60 mill since they buy out future earnings.
Saying the movies budget will be starting at 130 million.
Don't they have a Michael bay movie coming out too?
