Honestly I prefer those like one time payments for a whole year. Much easier to parse in my budget I feel like.
Hundred bucks I'll snag it up. Hope they stream 4k.

All you have to do is link them to somewhere else, and your digital copies are safe. I recently had to move all my Sony stuff, as well. I got notified to move my Ultraviolet a while back.

I still get a Redbox every once in a while. I think the last one I got was Ocean's 8. It was alright, I'd say about 77% as good as Ocean's 11.

Curious if this brings down all prices for streaming though. No reason to pay 15 for HBO alone when you can get it through apple for 10. But is that on top of their plus service or itself alone? Are they then just paying HBO the extra five and only pocketing five? Will this limit the sharing of passwords and services?
Much more curious about the nuts and bolts they will announce during earnings as they ramp up the offerings.

At least with cable I got all channels for a total sum. Disney+ Apple+ Netflix Hulu Amazon and of course now added CuriousityStream and CBS All Access... we'll need to stop dropping a few. I'm planning to drop Hulu the second the upcoming Handmaid's Tale season ends and maybe catch up on CBS All Access, then when that's done I might start digging into Amazon. Going forward I have zero plans to regularly subscribe to any of these aside from Netflix. And this Apple thing is really going to need to sweat bullets to interest me at all.

I might sign up to burn through the Disney animated catalogue, but I don't know if I need another streaming service full-time. Criterion Channel just started and it's already king, and my partner also pays for Shudder. Oh, and we also have her parents' Netflix password.
