Fine. Fair point. But the direction of Green Book isn't anything special. All Peter Farelly had to do was point the camera, make sure it was turned on and yell "Cut!" and "Action!" Cooper's the bigger snub between the two.

On the subject, though, and the more I think about it...so Bohemian Rhapsody...what? Best Picture? Sure, it's a POPULAR movie, but weren't the majority of reviews for that movie mixed at best?

Withe the Black Panther and Bohemian Rhapsody nominations, the Oscars be all like:  But honestly, I'm happy for Black Panther, A Star is Born, Into the Spider-Verse, and Incredibles 2. They were some of my favorites last year. Bohemian Rhapsody not so much, though it was perfectly watchable. |
