So... basically... Gotham City is a lawless town dependent entirely on two guys wearing anatomically correct rubber suits. The bad guys cause mass destruction for the silliest things and want to destroy the planet for the dumbest reasons. Bruce Wayne has a girlfriend with no relevance to the plot. He hates Dick Grayson for no legitimate reason. Alfred is dying cause the movie needs some genuine drama, but then toss that aside to make room for his British niece with an American accent that walks in and becomes a superhero without any qualifications. They save the world, find a cure for Alfred and prep for the battles ahead. This movie was robbed at the Oscars.
