I would but doubt they like putting comedy in Star Wars. But really you cant tell me no jedi ever got a weakness after a few bar drinks. I mean Obi Wan ordered Drinks at Clubs. If not yoda maybe they can have another of his Race that was one of his pupils.

There's lots of comedy in the Star Wars movies...
Legend has it that Yoda got tons of action at the Mos Eisley Cantina. A few whiskey and Cokes and the party animal in him was unleashed. I hear he even got with Greedo's mom...

Yoda didn't need women, he can beat off with no hands.

Someone combined both teasers into one. The music isn't properly edited. But it's a noble effort.

Now too me thats the perfect SW Trailer cause i love the soccer ball droid rolling around and the falcon then Han and Chewy makes more a reveal sense. It always amazes me how well Fans can make trailers that Hollywood seem to mess up.

Well there should be a new droid for the next generation of Skywalker family. To be told it likely was built for a planet like tatooine. I figure R2 is where ever luke is. So we need a droid presence and hope its used allot

If this movie wants to impress me, it should go half and half on nostalgia like Han in the Falcon along with darker, sadder nostalgia, like C3PO being a senile, malfunctioning robot.

It's a tale he's conveying to someone at some point in the future called The Journal of the Whills. Artoo cannot be replaced.

I did not say R2 would not be vital part of this new trilogy i said he would be with Luke most likely and at the same right i think it be perfectly fine if the lead females best friend is her droid. I mean a droid in SW is likely safer then a pet.

Aside from necessitating the use of Artoo in the films, it doesn't actually effect anything since it's a story told after the fact.

The two British actors were introduced to Star Wars through the prequels. Feel old yet, Deexan? Oscar Isaac's first Star Wars was Return of the Jedi. That was my first Star Wars too. What about you, Deexan? Share with us your Star Wars memories.

I don't remember actually, I was less than one when Jedi came out - and I still have the official duvet cover - so that's probably the first one I was aware of. My dad is a huge fan though so I think he made sure I saw them all in order.

Hrm, Jedi was my first. I went back and watched the first 2 and was highly disappointed in the lack of Ewoks.

Jedi was my first. I went back and watched the first 2 and was highly disappointed in the lack of Ewoks. I know you're joking - or at least I hope you are - but I can relate to the sentiment. I watched Return of the Jedi in 3rd or 4th grade and thought it was a Jim Henson movie. Seriously! Then I watched the original Star Wars and fell in love with the fantasy and adventure. So then when I watched The Empire Strikes Back, I was very disappointed that it took itself too seriously. It wasn't until college that I finally appreciated the movie and now consider it the best in the saga.

I have trouble believing you were ever 4 years old. I Figured you came from a bottle all grown up as a movie watching machine.

I may be the only one a little disappointed in this last trailer. Yes, we got to see some cool shots and everything, but I was hoping for a FULL trailer with a little more plot detail and some meat on it's bones. These teasers are too tantric for me.

We're still over 6 months away from the release date. I think the trailers are fine, but yeah, at some point they have to at least tell us the plot.

I wonder if we will see Ahsoka as an old character. I know she was not in the prequels but she is a toon favorite character. And if Luke is the only Jedi then wouldnt she appear to help that order even though The Council offended her and she gave them the finger.

I hope they have another scene like that one where R2D2 is pulling his head in the dirt and C3PO goes 'this is a real drag.' Classic 3P0.

I hope they just repeat that exact scene.
I'm glad that they haven't officially titled this movie episode 7. That way if I do decide to completely divorce the sequels and ignore their existence, I can still acknowledge this one (if its good).
