comingsoon.net forum had a thread few years back where people put in the most rewatchable films and added on to it.
Note:"Rewatchable-ness" is very different from "greatness", and very, very subjective. There are many great movies I don't find re-watchable.
So far hears mine.
Pirates of the Caribbean
Adventures of Tin Tin
Braveheart
The Goonies
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Kingdom of Heaven: Director's Cut
Fellowship of the Ring
The Avengers
The Dark Knight
Tron: Legacy
Matrix 1&2
Guardians of the Galaxy

Concur with a few of those. Especially The Matrix, Curse of the Black Pearl, and The Goonies.
Some of mine off the top of my head: - Pulp Fiction - Princess Bride - Maverick - Scott Pilgrim vs the World - Monty Python and the Holy Grail - Galaxy Quest - Minority Report - The Blues Brothers - Grosse Pointe Blank - What We Do in the Shadows
And along the same lines as some of those you already listed: - Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - LOTR: The Two Towers - Iron Man

In all seriousness though...
Blade Runner The Lord of the Rings (trilogy) Star Wars Episodes IV-VI The Godfather Parts I and II Terminator 1 and 2 The Thing Ferris Bueller's Day Off Apocalypse Now The Matrix Raiders of the Lost Ark Dr. Strangelove Casablanca Alien and Aliens The Shining
Plenty more, but these come to mind that when I'm scrolling through channels if one of these are on I'm apt to watch the film for at least 10 minutes even if I've seen it millions of times.

And along the same lines as some of those you already listed: - Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade - LOTR: The Two Towers Last Crusade is up there for sure. Two Towers is my least favorite LoTR movie... Just never got into... Helms deep exploding is legit though.

Ha! That's what I get for making a list in a hurry. Aliens and T2 totally rewatchable... The Godfather series, as good as they are... I don't think I can get myself to sit and rewatch em.

Action movies that have good stories and practical yet quality effects stand out (Die Hard, Aliens, Predator)
Comedies that rely on jokes rather than farts and F-bombs that play up to your intelligence instead of going for cheap laughs aimed at the lowest common denominator
Rewatchability can be subjective but I made a list on Letterboxd of the movies I've watched more than any others.
1. Batman (1989) 2. Braveheart 3. Terminator 2 4. Hook 5. Raiders of the Lost Ark 6. The Shawshank Redemption 7. Die Hard; Die Hard 2; Die Hard With A Vengeance 8. Return of the Jedi 9. Tombstone 10. Rocky IV
