Rhona Mitra-- I know she is a bit older then likely the younger look hollywood is going for and I am not against Ridley by any means as Lara Croft . But think Mitra would be perfect and in a new franchise she would not be well known but at the same time Lara Croft should not bee too young either.  |

I figured Ridley would kinda fall through since she has two Star Wars films left and if Tomb Raider is success she may not have time to do two franchises. I think Vikander kinda looks like lara on some of her newer game adaptations.

She did a one piece swimsuit scene that looked really good as well though  That was well before her unfortunate surgery *sigh* Wonder what her reconstruction looks like, she certainly has enough money to get the best. |

I got nothing against Vikander....but I'm not sold yet.
Again, like Motoko, Lara holds a special place in my fandoms....it's gonna take me a minute.
