As much as I miss going to the theater, it's been 17 months since I've been to one, I'm not missing some of the theater-going experience at all. Maybe it's a California thing but it's rare that I go and someone isn't on their phone, isn't wrangling a 3 year old kid, isn't talking with 4 other people, the list goes on. I have a feeling people storming back into theaters is going to make things way worse. That Cruella story is fantastic though. I find it depends on the time + location. You want to find a theatre that doesn’t attract families/children/teenagers and avoid going on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday afternoon. |
